摘　　要：经济犯罪在我国多配置有死刑这一刑种,这种适用方式并不符合世界经济犯罪立法的趋势。总体而言,对经济犯罪适用死刑不具备伦理否定的基础,同时,废止死刑这一刑种在我国具有现实性和急迫性,废止经济犯罪的死刑适用必须提上日程。Death penalty is still kept in economic crime in our country.It is inconsistent with the trend of legislation on world economic crime.Generally speaking,the application of death penalty for economic crime does not have the basis of violating ethics.Meanwhile,it is practical and urgent in our country to abolish death penalty.The abolishing of the death penalty must be put on the agenda.
