摘　　要：行政强制执行权是人民法院的司法审判权之外的又一职权分工,在我国行政强制执行权的权力配置中具有很大的比重,也深具特色。本文试图从人民法院的行政强制执行权的性质、行政效率、权利救济的制度逻辑、司法制度等几方面对人民法院现行行政强制执行权展开论述,具体分析现行行政强制执行制度的合理配置。Administrative enforcement power, one of the division powers of people＇s court in addition to jurisdiction, covers a large proportion in enforcement distribution and is characterized with its own style. This essay makes an attempt to analyze administrative enforcement power in the aspects of its property, efficiency, systematic logic of authority relief and judicial system, and enforcement distribution in particular.
