摘　　要：在我国股市非理性暴涨暴跌的背后,违规资金的流入和撤离是不可忽视的一个因素。本文就我国当前股市中的违规资金的来源和种类进行分析,查找违规资金监管的难点,对加强违规资金入市的防控进行初探。Behind the sharp irrational fall and rise of the stock market in China, some illegal funds＂ flow and withdrawal should be responsible for it. This article is to analyze the sources and types of the funds in respect of our country＇s stock market, and find difficulties in the supervision of the funds, and end up with discussions about strengthening prevention and control of the funds.
