摘　　要：抗菌肽是一类具有抗微生物活性的小分子多肽,具有相对分子质量小、抗菌谱广等特点,因其特殊的生物学活性和作用机制为新药研发提供了全新的研究领域。该文综述了抗菌肽的发现、结构分类、生物活性、作用机制、应用前景等。The antimicrobial peptides is a kind of small molecule polypeptide with antimicrobic activity. It has small molecular weight, good stability of heat and wide antibiotic spectrum. Due to its special biological activities and the mode of action, it provides a completely new research field for developing new medicine. The discovery of antimicrobial peptides, classification of structure, biological activities and action mode as well as the prospect application are reviewed.
