摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法测定六味丁香胶囊中甘草酸含量。方法色谱柱为C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(69:31),流速1.0mL/min,柱温20℃,检测波长252nm。结果甘草酸质量浓度在0.9818～5.8908μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,r=0.9997(n=5),平均加样回收率为98.47%,RSD为1.44%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便可靠、专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于六味丁香胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Liuwei Clove Capsule. Methods The samples were separated by C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） with the mobile phase of 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution- acetonitrile（69 ： 31）,the flow rate of 1.0mL/min and the temperature of 20 ℃.The detection wavelength was at 252nm. Results Glycyrrhizic acid showed the good linear relationship within the range of 0. 981 8-5. 890 8 μg （r=0. 999 7） and the average recovery rate was 98.47%, RSD= 1.44% （n=6）. Conclusion HPLC is simple, sensitive and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Liuwei Clove Capsule. Key words： Liuwei Clove Capsule; HPLC; glycyrrhizic acid
