摘 要:利用氨法制取Mg(OH)2后的脱镁母液经蒸发浓缩并分离部分NaCl后所获得的高温澄清液,对其从120℃自然冷却至20℃过程的析盐规律进行研究。研究证明,冷却过程中(NH4)2SO4和NH4Cl为主要析出盐类,其最终析出率分别为76.32%和54.59%,冷却过程中可能有少量光卤石析出。The high temperature clear liquor was abtained by evaporation and separation of part of the solium chloride from the mother liquor which derived from preparation of magnesium hydroxide using ammonia reacting. The salting law of the solution was studied by cooling the solution from 120 ℃ to 20 ℃. The results show that (NH4 )2SO4 and NH4Cl are mainly crystallized salts during the cooling process. The final (NH4 )2SO4 and NH4Cl precipitation rates were 76.32% and 54.59% respectively. There may be a small amound of carnallite precipitation during the cooling process.
