摘 要:用失重法、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)及X射线衍射(XRD)等方法,就H2S分压对SM80SS特级抗硫套管钢在CO2/H2S共存条件下的腐蚀行为的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明:在试验条件下,低PH2S时,以CO2腐蚀为主,腐蚀产物膜由FeS0.9和FeCO3组成,腐蚀产物膜颗粒细小、致密,平均腐蚀速率较低;随着PH2S的增大,反应逐渐变为以H2S为主,FeS0.9逐渐转变为FeS,腐蚀产物膜颗粒粗大、疏松,随后又变得细小、致密,腐蚀速率呈现先增大后逐渐减小的趋势;高PH2S时,FeS的生成较大程度阻碍了FeCO3的生成。腐蚀产物有较好的局部腐蚀阻碍作用,腐蚀形式均为均匀腐蚀。Corrosion behavior of super anti-sulfide well tube steel SM80SS was studied in the CO2/H2S environment. The results showed that CO2 was the major reactant at low PH2S, the corrosion product film consisted of FeS0.9 and FeCO3 was fine and compact, the average corrosion rate was low. As PH2S increased, FeS0.9 was changed to FeS, H2S was the major reactant and the corrosion product film was coarse and loose, when PH2S increased furthar, the corrosion product film became fine and compact again, average corrosion rate increased firstly and then decreased. FeS could obstruct the formation of FeCAO3. Corrosion mode was uniform corrosion.
