思密达灌肠治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床观察和护理

摘　　要：目的观察思密达灌肠在小儿秋季腹泻中的临床应用效果及总结护理体会。方法选择2008年10月至2008年12月于本科确诊的小儿秋季腹泻患儿68例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各34例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,给予思密达灌肠。结果治疗组和对照组患儿治疗后总有效率分别为97.04%和73.53%,经统计学处理χ2=0.0062,P<0.01,有显著性差异;治疗组患儿退热时间、脱水纠正时间、排便成形时间与对照组比较,经统计学处理,均为P<0.01,差异极显著。结论思密达灌肠治疗配合精心的护理治疗可以提高临床疗效,缩短治疗时间,从而减轻患儿痛苦,促进患儿早日康复。Objective To observe smecta enema in infantile autumn diarrhea of the clinical and conclusion nursing. Methods From October 2008 to December 2008 at our department 68 cases confirmed of infantile autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and eontrol group, all 34 cases in the control group was given conventional therapy, and the treatment group in the conventional treatment of based on the given smeeta enema. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and control group after treatment were 97.04% and 73.53%, after statistical X^2 = 0. 0062, P 〈 0. 01, significant difference; treatment group children with fever time, the time to correct dehydration, defecation forming time compared with the control group by statistical analysis,both P 〈0. 01 ,significant difference. Conclusion Smecta enema treatment with elaborate care treatment can improve the clinical efficacy, shorten treatment time, thereby reducing the suffering of children, promote children a speedy recovery.
