摘  要:对浇注系统、夹杂产生物来源及金属液体流态进行分析,氢气泡流体动力学实验表明,在浇注系统中过滤器的主要功能是对液态金属产生“整流”净化作用。采用相似理论通过水力模拟实验利用最小二乘法得到过滤器流动阻力的表达式,提出泡沫陶瓷过滤器在浇注系统中放置位置和放大截面积的设计方法。Based on the analysing of gating system and the sources of slag and the experiments on hydrokinetics of meltal with hydroen bubbles,it is believed that the most important function of filter in gating system are t cleaning of melt metal and the changing of characteristics of the liquid metal flow. The factors effecting flow resistance in filters are analyzed by dimension analysis and similarity theory and the mathematical and physical analysis on flow resistance of the filters. By minimum differences square method, design methods of the gating systems with this kind filters have been proposed.
