摘 要:可持续高层办公建筑能够为用户提供舒适、健康与高效的工作环境,能够有效地缓解持续增长的人口对办公空间的需求。由于风压的影响,一般传统的高层办公建筑采用密闭的外围护结构,依赖空调系统维持室内舒适度,消耗了大量能源。双层通风立面能够使高层办公建筑实现自然通风的同时,有效地节约能耗。本文运用实例分析的方法对高层办公建筑中采用双层通风立面的通风策略及原理进行归纳与分析,以帮助建筑师在高层办公建筑自然通风设计中正确地选择有效的双层通风立面系统。With the world' s increasing population proceeds, the sustainable office towers which provide comfortable, healthy and efficiency workplace are clearly desirable as one of effective solutions for more need of living space. Normally because of wind pressure, traditional office tower 's enclosure is airtight which makes the building comfortable indoor depending on mechanical ventilation system. Office tower is becoming a major consumer of energy in its operational phase. Ventilated double skin facade is an appropriate solution for energy efficiency which makes office tower achieve natural ventilation. After analysis a lot of case studies from the world, this paper concludes five different natural ventilation design strategies which will help architect to design appropriate natural ventilation in office tower design.
