摘　　要：通过对加热炉炉排及后轴工作条件、炉排安装结构及减速箱传动的分析，明确指出了机械故障产生的根本原因，进而提出了三项改造，并论述了加热炉的改造过程。AbstractBy analysis to working conditions of the furnace-grid and the rear axle, the set-up construction of the furnace-grid, as well as the reduction box driving,the causes that result in the mechanical faults are clearly indicated. Then three reconstructions are put forward, and reconstrucing processes are systematically described.
