摘 要:处于连续过程核心环节的生产调度,充分考虑由于装置大惯性引起的长过渡过程,可以有效提高企业经济效益。根据过渡过程的特点,采用连续时间建模方式,针对物料切换这类典型的过渡过程,以最大利润为目标建立起包含过渡过程的生产调度模型。经过对模型分析论证,把物料切换问题转换成旅行商问题,并采用分步求解的策略用Lingo软件求解。最后通过一个炼油厂生产调度实例验证了模型的有效性。When considering the long transition process caused by large equipment inertia, the economic benefit of enterprise can be efficiently improved by the production scheduling, which is the core of continuous process.A maximum profit production scheduling model include transition process was proposed aiming at the typical material switching process, which adapted continuous time method based on the character of transition process. The problem of material switching was translated into travel sale problem after analyzing the model, which could be solved using the Lingo software under two step strategies. At last, the validity of the proposed model was validated through an oil refinery scheduling example.
