摘  要:简单介绍了第三代仲钨酸铵生产工艺和处理高磷、高钼低品位白钨矿的实验结果。该新工艺的基本特点是直接从苏打高压浸出液中萃取钨,萃余液返回浸出,形成闭路工艺。其第二个特征是从纯钨酸铵溶液中,利用专用的"反应-固液分离一体化装置"用树脂沉淀法预除钼后再深度除钼。其第三个特征是采用节能浓缩技术浓缩洗树脂的洗水及解钼液,有价元素返回流程,硫酸铵浓缩固化成化肥销售,实现水零排放。The new technology of producing ammonium paratungstate and the results of treating tow graae scheelite with high phosphor and molybdenum content are introduced. The first basic characteristic of this technology is that it can extract tungsten directly from autoclave-soda leaching liquor using solvent extraction; the raffinate can be recycled to the leach process, which forms a closed-cycle. The second feature is that molybdenum is removed from ammonium tungstate solution through the pre-removal process by resin-precipitation in a specially integrated device combining reaction and liquid-solid separation, and followed by deep-removal. The third characteristic is that the washing water of resin and desorption solution of molybdenum are concentrated by energy-saving concentration technology. Valuable metals can be recycled to flow-sheet and the byproduct ammonium sulphate is produced in which water zero-discharge is realized.
