摘  要:研究了球墨铸铁的等温锻造工艺。通过650℃~750℃5次热循环处理,在750℃热加工可获得球铁超塑性效应,利用该超塑性等温锻造工艺生产的球铁管,化学成分均匀,显微组织改善,机械性能提高。The study of isothermal forging process for spheroidal graphite cast iron was presented. It was found that the superplasticity effect could be obtained after the nodular iron was cyclically heated at temperature ranging from 650℃ to 750℃ for 5 times and then hot worked at temperature of 750℃. The spheroidal graphite cast iron pipe produced through superplastic isothermal forging process could get its homogeneous chemical composition and improve its microstructure,which resulted a better mechanical property.[
