摘  要:用擦伤电极法研究了3种不锈钢在含与不含Cl-离子的稀硫酸溶液中,分别于不同载荷下擦伤时,钝化膜的破坏与再生过程.测量了上述条件下的材料流失量.结果表明,钝化膜的抗擦伤能力与擦伤阶段的擦伤电流-时间曲线斜率有关,钝化膜的修复能力与载荷及合金成分有关.The damage and recovery processes of three type stainless steels were investigated using a scratching electrode technique in dilute H 2SO 4 solution with and without Cl - under different loads. The material loss of the stainless steels was measured. The results showed that the scratching resistance of passivation films on the stainless steels was related to the slopes of the curves of scratching current vs. time, and that the recovery performance of passivation films were dependent on the applied loads and also the composition of alloys.
