摘　　要：在网络环境下通过建立电子病历质量管理的新机制,利用智能化的后台管理,及时合理调控,对电子病历全程进行实时监控、有效干预、全面管理,进而有效地提高电子病历质量。The paper draws a general view about establishing brand - new mechanism of medical record quality control under network environment, by utilizing intelligent administrative platform with timely and reasonable controlling, carrying out real - time monitoring, effective interventions and overall management of electronic medical records, thus realizing the quality improvement.
