摘 要:目的探讨IL-13和IFN-γ在哮喘发病机制中的可能作用以及与哮喘发病严重程度的关系。方法各组患儿采血后以酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测外周血IL-13和IFN-γ水平。结果哮喘急性期IL-13水平明显升高,IFN-γ水平明显下降;至哮喘缓解期,IL-13水平下降,IFN-γ水平则升高。急性期和缓解期IL-13水平与正常对照组相比增高,IFN-γ水平与正常对照组相比则下降;IL-13水平随病情的加重逐渐上升,而IFN-γ水平则随着病情的加重逐渐下降。结论IL-13和IFN-γ参与了哮喘发病,IL-13/IFN-γ失衡是其机制之一,两细胞因子变化水平与哮喘严重程度存在相关性,可作为病情严重程度判断的参考指标。Objective To investigate the effects of IL-13 and IFN-γin the pathogenesis and their relation to the severity of the bronchial asthma. Methods The levels of the IL-13 and IFN-3, from peripheral blood were detected by using the ELISA. Results The IL-13 level in the asthma acute stage was obviously increased,and the IFN-γlevel was decreased. However,in the asthma relief stage,the IL-13 level was decreased and the IFN-γlevel was increased. Compared with the normal control,the IL-13 level was increased,white the IFN-γ level was decreased in the asthma acute stage and relief stage. Furthermore,The IL-13 level was increased and the IFN-γlevet was decreased as the pathogenetic condition was aggravated. Conclusion The IL-13 and IFN-γ participate in the pathogenesis of asthma,and the imbalance between the two is one of the mechanisms.The changes of the factors were correlated with the severity of asthma,which can be a target for the the severity of the disease.
