摘　　要：目的总结新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)合并蛛网膜下腔出血的护理体会,以提高护理水平。方法对我院NICU病房于2007年6月～2009年2月收治的58例HIE并蛛网膜下腔出血患儿的临床资料及护理流程进行回顾性分析和总结。结果通过积极的治疗和周到、细致的护理,58例患儿治愈50例(86.2%),好转4例(6.9%),自动出院2例(3.4%),死亡2例(3.4%)。58例均无护理并发症发生。结论严密的临床观察和周到、细致的整体护理措施对本病的预后起着重要作用。Objective To evaluate the neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）combined subarachnoid hemorrhage Nursing to improve the standard of care. Methods NICU ward in June 2007 - February 2009 treated 58 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage in children with HIE and clinical data and care processes were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results Treatment through active and thoughtful,and meticulous care,58 cases of children with 50 cases of cure（86.2%）,improvementin 4 cases（6.9%）,two cases of automatically discharged（3.4%）,two cases of death（3.4%）.58 cases did not care complications. Conclusion Close clinical observation and thoughtful, meticulous care measures the overall prognosis of the disease plays an important role.
