摘　　要：介绍了５０８３Ｈ１９铝合金百叶带研制过程，对其关键工艺，如轧制、清洗及剪切等工艺进行了重点讨论。该百叶带达到用户提出的各项技术要求，最终产品各项性能与主要技术指标达到日本的同类产品水平。The procedure of research and manufacture of 5083 H19 aluminum alloy louver strip is introduced and the key technology,such as rolling,cleaning and shearing etc.is stressly related.The louver strip has met all kinds of technological demand of customers.Finally,each function and main technological target for the product have come upto the Japanese level for the same products.
