摘　　要：目的:探讨罗氏E170全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪和贝克曼ACCESS2全自动微粒子化学发光免疫仪两种检测系统对β-HCG的检测结果是否一致。方法:按照美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)Ep9-A文件的要求,以罗氏E170为比较仪器,贝克曼ACCESS2为实验仪器,对45例患者血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素进行检测,并对结果数据之间的相关性进行评估。结果:两种检测系统测定的β-HCG结果具有较好的相关性。相关系数r为:0.9992。结论:β-HCG在两种检测系统测定的结果具有一致性。Objective To discuss the consistency of human chorionci - gonadotropin （ β - HCG） results between different detec- tion system Roche E170 and Beckman ACCESS2. Methods According Ep9 - A documentation of National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards （NCCLS） requirements, we regarded Roche E170 as standard detection system, two different detection system were used to detect β - HCG concentration in 45 clinical sera. The collected data were deal with correlation. Results The results of two different detection system were good correlation ane the correlation coefficient was 0. 9992. Conclusion β- HCG results between two different detection systems are consistent.
