摘 要:目的:分析不同产地大黄的质量。方法:测定不同产地大黄的总灰分、酸不溶性灰分,检查土大黄苷,薄层检识大黄游离蒽醌类成分,HPLC法测定大黄中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚的含量。结果:18批样品中,各项指标均符合药典规定的有10批;不合格的8批样品中,5批土大黄苷检查不合格,2批灰分测定不合格,1批含量测定不合格。比较芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚分别与大黄素峰面积的比值,可以发现大黄酚与大黄素的比值变化最大。结论:不同产地大黄的质量有较大差异,部分产地大黄的质量不符合药典规定。通过含量测定可以看出,控制好大黄酚和大黄素的总量及其比值,对保证大黄药材质量具有重要意义。Objective: To analyze the quality of rhubarb from different regions. Methods: The total ash and acid insoluble ash in rhubarb from different regions were determined. Rumex glycosides were checked. Free forms of rhubarb anthraquinones were detemined by TLC. And the content of aloe - emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in rubarb was determined by HPLC. Results: In the test batch of 18 samples ,the indicators are in line with the provisions of the pharmacopoeia of 10 approved;in 8 failed samples ,5 failed of Rumex glycosides check,2 failed determination of ash and 1 failed determination of content. Comparison of aloe - emodin, rhein, rhubarb chrysophanol, chrysophanol with emodin peak area ratio, can be found the biggest change with chrysophanol. Conclusion:The quality of rhubarb from different regions is quite different. As can be seen through the determination, it is a great significance to control well of the ratio and the total of emodin and chrysophanol for ensuring the quality of rhubarb.
