摘　　要：目的:探讨MRI在宫颈癌诊断和分期中的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析了66例宫颈癌患者的MRI分期,并与临床分期和手术结果及病理对照。结果:能清晰显示宫颈癌的准确部位、实际大小以及与周围的关系。对Ib-Ⅳ期宫颈癌MRI术前分期的准确为76.5%。结论:宫颈癌的MRI诊断与分期明显优于临床分期,能为手术方案的制定提供依据。Objective：To investigate the clinical value of MRI in the diagnosis and staging of cervical cancer . Methods： A retrospective analysis of 66 cases of cervical cancer staging in patients with MRI and clinical staging and surgical findings and pathology. Results： The cervical cancer clearly shows the exact location, the actual size, as well as the relationship with the surrounding. Ib-IV view of MRI in preoperative staging of cervical cancer of 76.5 percent accurate for. Conclusion： MRI of cervical cancer is superior to the diagnosis and staging of clinical stage, surgery can provide a basis for program development.
