摘 要:目的:探讨在相同葡萄糖利用率的情况下,病灶标准摄取值(SUV)与病灶体积之间的关系。方法:向标准Jaszczak模型大小不等的6个球形热区插件内注入初始活度均为192.4 kBq/mL的^(18)氟-脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-FDG),并连续采集PET 3D图像7次,采集时间依次3 min、6 min、12 min、30 min、1 h、2 h、8 h,然后依次测量每个热区SUV,最后经随机区组方差分析不同热区SUV之间的差别。结果:6个热区SUV最大值依次是22.7±0.0,43.1±0.3,54.0±0.2,76.2±0.1,82.6±0.4,85.6±0.3,SUV平均值依次是15.9±0.7,22.9±2.2,32.6±2.2,48.6±3.8,47.0±1.2,57.0±0.5,提示6个热区SUV存在统计学差异(F>467,P<0.01)。结论:病灶SUV与病灶体积呈正相关。Objective:To explore the relationship between SUV and volume of lesions which have the same 18 F- FDG uptake. Methods: Six hot spheres were infused into the same 18 F- FDG( specific activity of 192.4 kBq/mL). Continuing PET 3D scan was done by 3 rain,6 rain, 12 rain,30 min, 1 h,2 h, and 8 h, respectively. The maximum( and average) standardized uptake value( SUVmax and SUVavg) were determined from a circular region of interest (ROI) over the six hot spheres. The data was done with the analysis of variance according to random blocks design. Results: The each SUVmax of the 6 hot balls was 22.7± 0.0,43.1 ±0.3,54.0 ± 0.2,76.2± 0.1,82.6 ± 0.4,85.6± 0. 3. The each SUVavg of the 6 hot balls was 15.9 ±0.7,22.9 ± 2.2,32.6± 2.2,48.6 ± 3.8,47.0 ± 1.2,57.0 ± 0.5, F = 467 and P 〈0.01 ,which suggested these SUV was different among 6 balls. Conclusion: The SUV was affected by the volume of lesion. The volume of lesion is larger, and the SUV of it will be larger, according as the same is F- FDG uptake.
