摘 要:研究了添加5种不同含量Ce的45Cr2NiMoVSi热作模具钢的组织及耐磨性,通过分析组织和磨痕形貌,以及平均磨损率的变化情况,与不添加Ce的45Cr2NiMoVSi钢进行对比。结果表明,Ce添加量在适当的范围内组织得到显著细化,平均磨损率有了明显下降,磨痕形貌也比较细而浅,从而使耐磨性得到有效提高,并且当Ce添加量为0.22%(质量分数)时,45Cr2NiMoVSi钢的表面平均磨损量最少,耐磨性最好,其平均磨损率是不添加Ce的45Cr2NiMoVSi钢的34.21%。The microstructure and wear resistance of 45Cr2NiMoVSi hot work die steel with five different amount of Ce additive, and they were compared with that without Ce through microstrcture analysis, worn-out appearance and verage wearing rate. The results showed that after adding proper Ca, the microstructure was significantly refined, the average wearing rate was reduced significantly and the worn-out appearance was also relatively thin and shallow. Therefore, the wear resistance was improved effectively, When the addition of Ce equals to 0.22% (mass percent), the least surface average wearing quantities and the best wearing resistance can be obtained in45Cr2NiMoVSi steel. The average wearing rate of 450r2NiMoVSi steel with Ce is 34.21% as that of 45Cr2NiMoVSi steel without Ca.
