摘 要:探讨了铝中夹杂物含量对组织、电化学性能和力学性能的影响。采用逐渐增加铝屑量的方法,向铝熔体中引入夹杂物,对夹杂物的形态进行了金相观察;测试了材料的极化曲线,得出合金的自腐蚀电位Ek、自腐蚀电流icoor;测试了不同铝屑含量下材料的硬度及抗拉强度,对比了材料的延展性。试验结果表明,随着铝屑加入量的增加,夹杂物逐渐增加;试验材料的极化曲线随着铝屑的增加,逐渐右移,线性极化电阻由大变小,自腐蚀电位逐渐向负方向移动,自腐蚀电流变大,表明材料耐腐蚀性能随着夹杂物的增加而下降;材料的硬度和抗拉强度增加,延展性降低,塑性变差。The effect of inclusions on the microstructures, electro-chemical performance, and mechanical properties were investigated in detail. Inclusions with different contents were introduced to aluminum melt by addition of aluminum scraps. The inclusions morphology was observed by optical microscope (OM). The Tafel curves and the linear polarization resistance Rp were tested, at the same time the corrosion potential Ek, and the corrosion currency icoor were obtained. The HV hardness test, ultimate tensile strength, and the ductility comparison of materials with different aluminum scraps content were conducted. The results show that, with the increase of aluminum scraps, the inclusions content increases, the Tafel curves move right, the linear polarization resistances decrease, the corrosion potentials move to positive, and the corrosion currency increases. It is indicated that the corrosion resistance of the tested material decreases. The hardness and tensile strength increase and the ductility is lower with the increase of inclusions content.
