摘  要:采用传统粉末冶金工艺,即以纯金属粉末为原料、在空气气氛中液相烧结的方法制备了高铝锌基合金。实验结果表明,烧结体发生体积膨胀,相对致密度减小;较佳烧结工艺为温度425-430℃,烧结时间4-5 h,用该工艺制备的粉末冶金高铝锌基合金具有良好的耐磨性;粉末冶金锌铝合金的组织是由富铝相(或纯铝相)和富锌相组成,还出现较多的片层状两相相间的共析组织,这与铸造ZA27合金的显微组织有明显的区别。By the traditional powder metallurgy technique, the powder metallurgy of high aluminum Zn-based alloys were produced with pure metal powder by means of liquid phase sintering at atmosphere. The results of the experiment showed that the sintered body expanded and the relative density decreased. The better process was sintering at 425-430℃ for 4 -5hours. The alloys made by this process possessed better wear-resistance. The P/M Zn-AI alloys consisted of aluminumenriched(or pure aluminum) phase, zinc-enriched phase and still appeared more lamellar eutectoid structure. It was quite different from that of the cast alloy ZA27.
