摘 要:研究了轻集料种类、预湿程度和矿物掺和料对高性能轻集料混凝土(HPLC)抗氯离子渗透性、抗冻性及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性的影响.结果表明:由高强页岩、黏土或粉煤灰陶粒配制的HPLC较普通集料HPC具有更高的抗氯离子渗透、抗冻及抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,掺适量粉煤灰、矿粉或硅灰等矿物掺和料能显著提高HPLC的耐久性.与低吸水率的页岩陶粒和粉煤灰陶粒相比,用吸水率高的黏土陶粒经24 h预湿处理后配制的HPLC其抗氯离子渗透能力更佳,但强度与抗冻性较差.页岩陶粒预湿处理降低了HPLC的抗氯离子渗透性和抗冻性,但对其抗硫酸盐侵蚀性影响不大.对陶粒预湿程度大的HPLC,通过提高含气量可改善其耐久性.同时对耐久性机理做了初步探讨.The Effects of light-weight aggregate types and pre-wetting treatment as well as mineral admixtures on chloride ion permeability, freeze-thaw resistance and sulfate attack of high performance light- weight aggregate concretes(HPLCS) were investigated. Results show that the resistances to chloride ion permeability, freezing and sulfate attack of HPLCS prepared from high strength light-weight aggregate of shale, clay or fly ash ceramsite are better than those of normal-weight aggregate HPC, and the incorporation of fly ash, ground granulated blast furnace slag or silica fume can significantly improve the durability of HPLCS. The HPLC made with expanded clay ceramsite with high water absorption has better resistance to chloride ion permeability than the HPLC made with shale or fly ash ceramsite with tow water absorption, but has lower strength and resistance to freezing when these ceramsites are pre-wetted for 24 h. The pre-wetting of shale ceramsite decreases the resistance to chloride ion permeability and freezing of HPLC, but do not markedly affect the resistance to sulfate attack. The durability of the HPLC with high degree pre-wetting of ceramsite can be improved by increasing the air content in concrete. Moreover, the durability destructive mechanism of HPLC is also preliminary discussed.
