摘 要:对不同限制程度下钢纤维自应力混凝土的膨胀变形进行了测量.结果表明:钢纤维自应力混凝土365 d的膨胀变形变化很小,基本上与28 d的膨胀变形持平,也就是说自应力损失程度较低,能够满足结构设计所要求的自应力水平.同时,提出了限制变形与钢筋配筋率的指数关系以及钢筋与钢纤维共同作用时自应力混凝土的变形规律.Steel fiber reinforced self-stressing concrete is a sort of high performance concrete with high tensile strength. For this concrete a stable self-stress level as well as long-term expansive deformation is key factors to ensure high performance and safety of concrete structures. A series of test were carried out to measure restrained expansive deformations of steel fiber reinforced self-stressing concrete under combined restriction of steel fiber and steel bar. The test results show that after one year the restrained expansive deformations of concrete specimens remain to he in original level(28 days). Hence loss of self-stress is slight so that the concrete is able to meet the requirements of designed self-stress level for concrete structures. In addition, the exponential relation between steel reinforcing ratio and restrained expansive deformation is proposed.
