摘  要:以工业生产的热轧板为原料,研究了冷轧压下率对罩式退火后的Ti-IF钢和Ti+Nb-IF钢组织织构和性能的影响。研究结果表明,经罩式退火后,两种IF钢再结晶基本完成,晶粒呈饼状;随着压下率的增加,晶粒尺寸变小;应变硬化指数n90°值逐渐降低。Ti+Nb-IF钢塑性应变比r90°值在碳含量较高、压下率为70%,或碳含量较低、压下率为80%时,达到最大值;Ti-IF钢塑性应变比r90°值在压下率70%时,达到最大值。随着冷轧压下率的加大,IF钢的织构也越强,并且织构从较低冷轧压下率时的{223}<110>、{114}<110>和{111}织构变为较高压下率时的{223}<110>、{111}<110>和{114}<110>织构,织构类型有向{111}织构靠拢的趋势。Hot rolled IF steel was used to study the effect of cold reduction ratio on the microstructure textures and mechanical properties of Ti-IF and Ti+Nb-IF steel after batch annealing processes.The results showed that recrystallization of the IF steels was rudimentarily finished after batch annealing,the grain shape is pancake;and the grain size diminishes as the cold reduction ratio was increased;the strain hardening exponent n value was gradually reduced.The plastic strain ratio value(r90°) of Ti+Nb-IF steel reached the maximum with the higher carbon content and cold reduction ratio of 70%,or with the lower carbon content and cold reduction ratio of 80%;the plastic strain ratio value(r90°) of Ti-IF steel reached the maximum with cold reduction ratio of 70%;however,when the cold reduction ratio was increased,the textures of IF steel was stronger,then the {223}〈110〉、{114}〈110〉and {111} textures of lower cold reduction ratio were changed to {223}〈110〉、{111}〈110〉and {114}〈110〉 textures of higher cold reduction ratio,and the textures trend toward {111} texture.
