摘 要:对模拟薄板坯连铸连轧生产的以Cu2S为主抑制剂的取向硅钢的热塑性进行测试,比较600-~1 300℃下试样的面缩率及断面形貌,分析C、Cu和Mn对取向硅钢热塑性的影响。结果表明:随C、Cu和Mn含量增加,脆性凹槽随之向低温和高塑性方向移动;C和Mn通过扩大γ相提高热塑性,Cu除扩大γ相外与S结合形成Cu2S,使得钢中形成对热塑性有害的液相及富铁硫化物变少,使晶界强度的削弱程度减少,从而使钢的塑性提高。High temperature mechanical property of oriented silicon steel with main inhibitor Cu2S produced by the thin slab casting and rolling was tested,comparing reduction of area and SEM of fracture surface in 6001 300 ℃ and analyzing effects of C(0.020%0.044%),Cu(0.18%0.49%) and Mn(0.06%0.16%) on hot ductility of oriented silicon steels.The results showed that hot ductility trough moved to lower temperature and higher ductility with the content of C,Cu and Mn increasing;hot ductility was improved because C and Mn enlarge γ phase;Cu can also enlarge γ phase,and then decrease of grain-boundary strength of the steel became lower and ductility was improved,because that S and Cu created Cu2S,and Cu2S makes fluid phase which make against hot ductility and sulfide including iron reduce,so Cu improve hot ductility.
