摘  要:在现代电子装备功放电路中,对发射脉冲的检测非常重要,如果脉冲过宽或者占空比过高,将导致功放输出功率过高,有超出功放所能承受的负载,并损坏功放的危险,所以在设备工作中检波器检波出视频脉冲,为后续的脉冲测量提供样本。本文设计出一种实用的微波检波器,在实际工作中运行可靠,工作稳定,同时也可以其它工程实践提供参考。In the modern electronic device, it is very important to transmitter pulse is out of accord with the required parameter, it would device.
