摘 要:由中国石化集团洛阳石油化工工程公司设计的中国石油大港石化分公司制氢装置在转化炉的设计上吸收了国外的先进技术,革新了转化炉出口管系的形式,取消了传统的出口猪尾管,采用冷壁下集合管,在低能耗下,提高了装置的操作弹性及转化能力。该技术是首次在国内大型工业装置上应用,介绍此项应用的详细情况,对开工过程中出现的问题进行分析并提出了相应的解决办法。装置的运行结果表明,在比较缓和的操作条件下,转化气中甲烷体积分数仅6.19%,低于设计值,说明工业应用是成功的。In the design of hydrogen generation plant by SINOPEC Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation for PetroChina Dagang Petrochemical Company, state-of-the-art technologies have been adopted, the outlet piping system of reforming furnace was renovated, the conventional outlet pigtail pipes were eliminated and cold-wall low manifolds were installed. The successful application of the technologies has reduced the energy consumption, elevated the unit operation turndown ratio and increased reforming capacity. The problems encountered in the start-up was analyzed and effective measures were proposed. The operation of the plant shows that, under the mild operating conditions, the volume percentage of methane in reforming gas is only 6.19% ,which is lower than design specification and proves that the commercial application is successful.
