摘  要:中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司连续重整装置重整氢增压机为国内炼油行业首台凝汽式汽轮机驱动的三段压缩机组,开工运行一年后凝汽器冷却效果变差,真空度降低,循环水和蒸汽耗量增大,压缩机工作点接近防喘振区。不停机状态下对凝汽器在线开盖检修,发现由于循环水冲击作用,管程隔板与管箱连接处发生变形移位,循环水短路,而且管束结垢严重,导致凝汽器换热能力下降。焊接改造和污垢清洗后,冷却效果明显好转,真空度提高,装置能耗和操作成本大幅度降低,汽轮机各运行参数接近设计值。The reformer hydrogen compressor of continuous catalytic reforming unit in SINOPEC Hainan Refining & Chemical Co. , Ltd is a three-stage compressor train driven by condensing steam turbine, which was first installed in China' s petrochemical industry. The cooling performance of condenser began to deteriorate after one year' s operation. The vacuum was reduced, cooling water and steam consumptions were increased and compressor was operating close to anti-surge zone. The on-line maintenance of the condenser found that the dropping of heat exchange efficiency of the condenser was the result of short-cut flow of cooling water because of deformation and movement of connection of baffles at tube side and shell body due to impingement of cooling water as well as serious tube fouling. After improvement of welding and washing of fouling, the cooling efficiency has been greatly improved, the vacuum is increased, the unit energy consumption and operating costs are greatly reduced and all operating parameters are close to the design specifications.
