摘　　要：针对当前在物资运输中占有大部分比重的多品种小批量物资,分析了多品种小批量物资的特点以及为其选择合适的载运工具后,运用改进的层次分析法来确定物资的配载顺序,这样不仅充分利用了现有的运输能力,而且提高了客户的满意度水平。Analyzing the characteristics of multi-item and small-quantity materials and choosing suitable transport vehicles, the paper uses the modified analytical hierarchy process to determine the loading sequence of the materials, which not only makes full use of the transport capacity, but also improves the satisfaction level of the customers.
