摘　　要：通过分析CPFR实施过程中对信息技术的要求,结合ebXML自身特点,指出在CPFR实施中建立基于ebXML的信息交换平台的必要性,并根据CPFR实施的步骤,构建了基于ebXML的CPFR主要步骤的流程模型。Analyzing the demand of inforamtion exchange technologies in the process of implementing CPFR （Collaborative Planning, Foreeasting and Replenishment） and based on the characteristics of ebXML （electronic business Extensible Markup Language）, the paper points out the necessity of establishing information exchange platform based on ebXML and builds up a process model for main steps of CPFR based on ebXML according to CPFR＇s implementing steps.
