摘　　要：目的：利用抗菌药物监控系统对抗菌药物使用情况进行全面监测,促进合理用药。方法：通过抗菌药物监控系统,对每位医生抗菌药物应用情况进行动态监控及合理性评价;构建病原菌和耐药菌数据库;建立抗菌药物权限管理档案。结果：合理用药赏罚措施落实到每位医生,克服以往由全科人员共同承担责任的弊端,起到了很好的警示作用,也便于进行典型病例讨论分析。结论：加强抗菌药物动态、全面监控,有利于提高医务人员合理用药意识,提高抗菌药物管理成效。Objective：The Antibiotics Monitoring and management System is using in monitoring overall use of antibiotics so as to promote the rational drug use of antibiotics. Methods：By the system,the use of antibiotics of all doctors are monitored and reasonableness evaluated, the data base of pathogen and resistance pathogen are constructed and the document of authority management of using antibiotics is set up. Results：Every doctor must be responsible for the rational drug use of antibiotics instead of the whole department staff. It takes good effect on warning and discussing typical case. Conclusions：It is benefit to improving the awareness of the rational drug use of antibiotics and the efficiency of the management of antibiotics by strengthening antibiotics dynamic monitoring in real time.
