牙髓中血管内皮生长因子的研究现状

摘　　要：血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是一种多功能的细胞因子,不仅与组织器官生长发育密切相关,还参与炎症、创伤愈合及缺血性组织修复等。目前的研究证实,人牙本质基质及牙髓组织中亦存在少量VEGF,随着年龄的增长和受到外界的生理或病理性刺激时,人牙本质基质及牙髓组织可释放VEGF参与牙髓修复或局部炎性反应。本文就牙髓组织中VEGF的研究现状及应用前景进行综述。Vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） is a muhifunctional cytokine. It is not only closely related to the growth and development of tissues and organs, but also involved in the inflammation,wound healing and ischemic tissue repair. Recent studies confirmed that there is also a small amount of VEGF in human dentin matrix and pulp tissue. Along with the growth of ages,as well as biological or pathological stimulus, the human dentin matrix and pulp tissue will release VEGF to participate in the dental pulp repair or local inflammatory responses. This paper introduced the present research progress on VEGF in dental pulp and its prospect of application.
