摘　　要：心脏直视手术过程中,心肌保护极为重要,直接影响心脏手术及术后患者的生存率,对婴幼儿患者尤为重要。有关最佳的心肌保护方法,至今仍无统一的规定,看法也不完全一致。目前有关心肌保护的研究课题仍主要集中在低温、心脏停跳液、对心肌有保护作用的药物、灌注方法等方面。而心脏不停跳手术作为近年来新兴的一种心肌保护方法,引起了人们越来越多的关注。During the course of open heart surgery,myocardial protection is extremely important and directly impact on patients with cardiac surgery and the survival rate, especially to infants and young children. There is not fully consistent with the same view to the best protection method. Myocardial protection in the present research is still mainly concentrated in the low temperature, cardioplegia, the myocardial protective effoct of drugs, perfusion methods. The beating heart surgery in recent years attracted more and more attention as a method of myocardial protection.
