臀肌挛缩症微创治疗的研究进展

摘　　要：手术治疗被认为是臀肌挛缩症惟一有效的治疗方法。近年来,该病的手术治疗特别是微创治疗方面有了较大进展,术式不断改进,小切口、关节镜下、椎间盘镜下、经皮挛缩带切断等几种微创治疗方法已应用于临床,取得了良好效果。就该病的微创治疗相对传统开放式手术的优势、现状及研究进展进行简要概述。It is believed that surgery is the only effective method to treat the gluteal muscles eontracture. Recently,its surgery treatment especially the minimally invasive treatment has greatly advanced. The surgery methods arc always being reformed. The minimall） in;asive methods through minimal incisions, arthruscope, diskoscupe to treat gluteal museles contracture and pereutaneous cutting of eontraeture fascia have been applied in clinie. They all gained good results. This article reviewed tbe advantages compared with the traditional surgeries,the status qun and research advancement of the minimally invasive treatment methods.
