摘 要:本文回顾了近年来补血中药抗骨髓抑制的实验及临床研究,对补血中药促进骨髓造血的作用机制进行综述。实验研究显示,补血中药能够增加骨髓抑制模型小鼠的外周血血细胞数,促进骨髓细胞增殖,从而改善造血功能;临床研究同样证实,补血中药能够改善肿瘤患者放化疗引起的骨髓抑制。补血中药对骨髓的保护作用主要与改善骨髓造血诱导微环境,促进分泌造血生长因子和影响骨髓造血细胞周期等有关。The effect of hematinic Chinese medicine on resisting myelosuppression was reviewed in this paper in terms of experimental researches and clinical trials in recent years. In addition, the mechanism of Chinese medicine in promoting hematopoiesis was summarized. The experimental researches show that hematinic Chinese medicine can improve the hematopoietic function of myelosuppression animal by increasing the number of peripheral blood cell and promoting hematopeietie progenitor cell proliferation. The clinical trials also confirm thal hematinic Chinese medicine can improve the condition of myelosuppression in cancer patients after radiotherapy or chemotherapy. The protection effects of hematinic Chinese medicine on bone marrow is related tn its function in improving the hematopoietic inductive mieroenvironment, promoting hematopoietie growth factor and influencing the cell neried,etc.
