摘 要:不同转炉冶炼工艺对转炉渣的稳定性有较大影响,运用岩相检验的方法分析了不同转炉冶炼工艺和调整脱磷剂成分后转炉渣的岩相结构。通过比较常规工艺与新工艺的岩相结构,发现采用新工艺冶炼,岩相分布更加均匀,而且使用新型脱磷剂后高熔点相减少。转炉渣岩相分析结果为合理改进转炉冶炼工艺和改善转炉渣成分提供了科学依据。There is great influence to the stability of slag as adopting different converter slag smelting process. Mineralogical composition of slag with different smelting technics and the structure of slag were studied after adjusting the composition of dephosphorization agent through the method of mineralogical morphology inspection. By comparing the composition of slag with the conventional and new process, it was found that distribution of mineralogical was more uniformity with new smelting technology, and the mineralogical morphology with high melting point was reduced when new type of dephosphorization agent was used. The lithofacies research and analysis results of converter slag provide a scientific basis for improving the converter smelting process reasonably and ameliorating the composition of converter slag.
