中青年农民养老意愿及影响因素分析——基于南京五县区的调查数据

摘　　要：中青年农民是未来农村养老的主要对象,又是现在传统家庭养老责任的主要承担者,他们的养老意愿会在一定程度上影响未来农村养老的方向。本文以江苏省南京农村地区的调查数据为基础,研究中青年农民的养老意愿,并结合微观计量经济学方法具体分析其养老意愿的影响因素。研究表明,中青年农民的养老意愿受到个人特征中的年龄、文化程度、是否已经参保和家庭特征中的婚姻状况、男孩个数、家庭人均年收入等因素的显著影响。The young and middle-aged people are the main objects to be supported in the future.And they are also the main people who have to be responsible for the traditional family support of the old age.To some extent,their will to be supported will impact the development direction of the rural support for the old age.This article is based on the investigation data in Nanjing and studies the will to be supported of the young and middle-aged people.And then it uses microcosmic econometrics to analyze the influence factors.This research indicates that the will of the young and middle-aged people to be supported is obviously influenced by six factors.They are age,education and whether have insured in the individual characters and marriage status,the number of boys and the average of family income in the family characters.
