摘　　要：物流银行是一项将银行资金与企业物流有机结合的金融创新产品或业务。为更好地实施农产品物流银行业务,必须尽量避免风险。文章充分考虑了开展农产品物流银行业务风险因素的复杂性、人类思维的模糊性以及决策者和各风险因素权重的不确定性,提出了基于语言OWA算子的农产品物流银行业务风险评估模型,并利用语言OWA算子对各个决策者给出的风险因素评估信息进行集结,对所有决策者的综合评估信息进行集结,得到农产品物流银行业务风险的群体综合评估值。该评估方法思路清晰,运算简单,易于掌握,对我国开展农产品物流银行业务,有效规避风险,进行风险管理具有一定借鉴意义。Financial resources from commercial banks have now been paired with company logistics, which have created a financial innovation product or service named logistics bank. On the basis of analyzing the risk factors facing the modem agricultural products logistics bank service, the author proposes a risk assessment model of the modern agricultural products logistics bank service based on linguistic ordered weighted averaging （OWA） operator, which utilizes the linguistic OWA operator to aggregate assessment information of every risk factor given by the decision maker, and then aggregate comprehensive assessment information given by all of the decision makers. Finally, an illustrative example in areas of central China modem agricultural logistics is also given to verify the developed method and to demonstrate its feasibility and practicality. Undoubtedly, it provides an approach to risk management in developing logistics bank service for the modem agricultural products logistics.
