摘 要:设计由水生植物、微生物、水生动物等生态要素的协同作用完成生态修复功能的生物栅处理装置。采用中试处理装置,9个廊道并联运行,连续进水和出水,处理量为6米3(/天·池)。试验主要考察了水力停留时间为30h、溶解氧(DO)维持在2~4mg/L、温度维持在20~28℃、pH值为7.0~7.5的最佳工况条件下对水体CODCr、NH3-N、总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)等的去除效果,并分析了不同填料生物膜中微生物的数量变化。试验结果显示生物膜中的微生物与CODCr、NH3-N、TN和TP的去除效果具有良好的相关性,最大去除率分别达到59.2%、62%、50%和74%。A Biological Grid Device(BGD) was designed in order to achieve the function of ecological recovery on polluted river water.The device was operated by the Synergistic Effects of hydrophytes,aquatic animals and microorganism.Using the pilot experimental device,nine ponds of treatment equipments were parallelly connecte-d with continuous influent and effluent;the average amount of water treated by each pond was 6 m3/d.The test studied removal rates of CODCr,NH3-N,TN and TP,and analyzed the changing of microorganism amount at the same time with the optimum condition,which HRT was 30 h,DO was maintained between 2 to 4 mg/L,the temperature changed from 20 ℃ to 28 ℃ and pH differed from 7.0 to 7.5.The results showed that,microorganisms of biofilm had good correlation with the removal rates of CODCr,NH3-N,TN and TP.The best removal rates of CODCr,NH3-N,TN and TP were 59.2%,62%,50% and 74% respectively.
