摘 要:系统介绍了SY97804试验车在滚动振动试验台所进行的运动稳定性性能试验,即蛇行失稳试验,讨论其试验方法。根据试验结果,处理得到了车辆运动稳定性极限环图,并讨论其稳性定问题。结果表明,在有线路不平顺扰动时,车辆蛇行失稳临界速度比无扰动情况低,说明有线路不平顺扰动的稳定性试验更为重要。试验还发现该车在经过一段蛇行失稳区之后,车辆反而非常稳定的现象。最后对各部件的极限环幅值、相位和蛇行周期运动频率进行了分析。The stability of SY97804 testing railway vehicle tested on the roller testing rig in the National Traction Power Laboratory is presented in detail, and the testing method is discussed. According to the results, a limit cycle-critical speed map for the vehicle is obtained. The stability of the whole vehicle is analyzed. The limit cycle amplitude, the phases and frequencies of the periodical motions of the components are studied. It is found that hunting occurs in a speed range, but the vehicle is very stable beyond that range. In the presence of disturbances the critical speed decreases, indicating that stability tests with irregularity of rails are very important.
