摘　　要：以试验为基础,详细介绍了连接器组件线簧插孔在组装过程中送丝和分丝工艺的要求、特点以及工艺试验概况等。对影响送丝、分丝的因素及试验结果也进行了一些分析。介绍了最优的送丝和分丝机构。This article is based on trial, described in detail the demand, characteristical and process test overview of Wire and sub-Wire technology in building up the Wire spring jack of connector component o The analysis of factors affecting Wire and sub-Wire feed is explained in this article.
