数字化变电站程序化操作模式的研究

摘　　要：通过分析传统变电站和实现IEC61850《变电站通信网络和系统》规约的变电站在程序化操作技术应用上存在的问题,提出了一种基于面向通用对象变电站报文技术的数字化变电站的程序化操作新模式,研究表明这种模式可以提高工作效率,减少变电站的操作风险。By analyzing the problems in the applications of programmed operation technique in traditional substations and substations based on IEC 61850 Communication Networks and Systems in Substations,a new programmed operation mode of the digitalized substation is proposed based on generic object oriented substation event（GOOSE）technique.Researches show that the proposed mode can improve work efficiency and reduce operational risk of substation.
