摘　　要：为了实现生产管理信息系统、计量自动化系统和电力营销系统的企业应用集成,设计了一个基于面向服务架构(service-oriented architeture,SOA)的线损"四分"(分压、分区、分线、分台区)管理信息系统,分别通过可扩展置标语法描述语言(extensible markup language shema definition,XSD)和网页服务描述语言(Web Service Description Language,WSDL)进行线损数据和线损接口封装,实现了一个统一、开放的SOA系统,并通过实例验证了服务调用的平台和语言无关性。To realize the enterprise application integration of production management information system,automatic metering system and power marketing system,a management information system of ＂four-ins＂ line loss management（i.e.line loss management in voltages,regions,lines and transformer-supplied areas）based on service-oriented architecture（SOA）is designed,which describes line loss data with extensible markup language schema definition（XSD）and line loss interface with Web Service Description Language（WSDL）, thus realizing a uniform and open SOA system. The platform and language independence of the service call is verified by testing cases.
