摘 要:以硫酸盐竹浆为研究对象,经打浆后,用Bauer-McNett纤维筛分仪除去200目以下的细小纤维,考察了细小纤维对硫酸盐竹浆打浆度、保水值以及对纸页性能的影响。结果表明,未经打浆的硫酸盐竹浆中细小纤维含量约为28%;除去细小纤维后,长纤维组分打浆度大幅度下降,在不同的打浆转数下的打浆度基本相同,约为14°SR,各种强度性能除撕裂指数外均呈下降趋势。扫描电镜观察显示未经筛分的纸页中细小纤维填充在长纤维所交织组成的网络空隙里,有利于纤维间的结合,而筛分后纸页中主要为长纤维。Kraft bamboo pulps were refined in PFI mill. Fines in the pulp which can pass through 200mesh sieve were removed by Bauer-McNett classifier. Beating degree, WRV and sheet strength properties were examined after fines removal. It was found that fines accounted for 28% in the raw pulp and that without its presence, the beating degree decreased a lot, staying at a level of approximately 14 °SR; sheets strength properties except tear index decreased. The unclassified pulp sheet was observed with electronic microscope, fines filled up the network of fibers, which helped to increase the bonds of fibers, while in the classified sheet, long fibers interweaved and formed a crisscross network.
