摘  要:采用正交试验法和单因素法探讨了碱性环境中麦草浆纤维与己内酰胺在过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠引发体系中进行接枝共聚改性反应的主要工艺参数。结果表明:当单体与浆的质量比为0.5,引发剂过硫酸钾的用量为10.0%(对绝干纸浆),过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠的质量比5∶4,浆浓5.0%,反应时间2h,反应温度60℃时,单体接枝率可达到32.0%。接枝后麦草浆纤维的成纸物理强度性能得以提高,接枝共聚改性后产物的X-射线衍射图谱表明,接枝反应只发生在纤维的表面和无定形区,对原纤维结晶性没有损害。An orthogonal method and single-factor method was used to study the grafting copolymerization of pulp with caprolactam using potassium persulphate-sodium bisulfite as initiator under alkaline medium. The optimum process parameters of the grafting reaction were followed: the ratio of modifier dosage to fiber was 0.5, the ratio of initiator dosage to fiber was 0.1, the ratio of potassium persulphate to sodium bisulfite was 5:4, pulp consistency was 5%, the reaction time was 2h, the reaction temperature was 60℃, The maximum graft ratio and the mechanical properties of handsheet could be obtained at the optimum process conditions. The X-ray diffraction resuhs showed that the grafting occurred mainly on the surface and within the amorphous region of the fiber, the crystallinity did not being destroyed.
